I set up the application (PGM) but it doesn't run and this error massage is appeared: "Application has generated an exception that could not be handeled. process id=oxfff7b819(-542695),Thread id=oxfffd83cd(-162867). click OK to terminate the application.
click CANCEL to debug the application."
so I click on the cancel command but it didn't work.If it is possible please guide me.

I downloaded the CLASS PGM installer from the toolkit website and have installed and tested it on a machine with windows 98 (2nd edition) and it works fine.
I will suggest that you download and install it again on your machine and hopefully it will work if there was some problem with the first download.
There was some problem with CLASS U3M-1D when someone in Czech Republic tried to run it on their machine. The problem in that case was with the language package(they had a czech version of windows rather than the english one).
